A Special Thank You For almost three years, we have had the luxury of dedicated cooks, preparers, servers, set-up and clean-up volunteers offering our monthly breakfast. They are tired and need a period of rest. I am grateful for their generous service to the parish! Though we have on a number of occasions asked for additional volunteers to ease the commitment of these parishioners, the response has not born sufficient fruit to remedy the situation. Consequently, we will move to a quarterly breakfast—January, April, June and September. The Men’s Softball Team, the Knights of Columbus and the Holy Name Society are joining forces to continue the breakfasts. These organizations invite all parishioners, our school families, and members of other parish organizations to join with them so that the breakfast can be held on a more permanent basis as in the past. The breakfasts have proved themselves to be an enjoyment to all and a simple fundraiser for the benefit of the parish and our school. If you wish to volunteer, please contact Ron Weiss (301) 292-8112 or Chuck Johnson (301) 283-2841. Thank you!
