The Annual Eucharistic Celebration honoring married couples will be celebrated on
Sunday, June 5th at 2 PM by Cardinal McCarrick at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Married couples celebrating their twenty-five, forty, forty-five and fifty or more years of marriage are encouraged to attend.
If you would like to participate, you must fill out a registration form in the gathering space of the Main Church or Our Lady’s Chapel.
The deadline is Sunday, May 1st.

The Fruits of the Mission
During the Mission, prayers were offered for various intentions and parishioners. Father Maggs reminded us that our faith journey is constantly progressing from selfish to unselfish love. Stressing the family as the core unit to learn this message, Father through his reflections before the Blessed Sacrament enriched all who attended the various times of the Mission. One group of individuals, close to Father’s intention, was those who should have been attending the Mission and chose not to do so. You were prayed for and the Church yearns for you. We are challenged by the Easter mystery to grow in a greater fidelity in God. The Church is the essential vehicle for this journey. I am grateful to the many who attended and inspired me to grow all the more in the Lord’s love and mercy.

“The one who has faith in Me will do the works I do, and far greater than these,”
Jesus tells his disciples. That’s quite an assignment for us as Christian stewards.
