We are happy to be able to offer our students many enrichment activities in addition to our core curriculum. Participation in extra-curricular activities, along with academics, will help your child become a well-rounded individual. Encourage your child to join one or more of these clubs and organizations.
- Little Flower Girls Club
- Little Flower Girls Club is for 4th-8th grade girls at St. Mary's. Modeled after the beautiful life of St. Therese, girls will learn about kindness, virtues displayed by different saints, and participate in various service projects. Young ladies will learn that little acts of kindness go a long way. Anyone who is interested in joining can contact Ms. Burek.
- St. Mary's band is open to students in grades 4-8. Both Beginner Band and Advanced Band have lessons every Wednesday. The band performs several concerts throughout the year. For more information, please contact Ms. Massimini, or visit the Archdiocesan Music Program website.
- Catholic Youth Recreation League focuses on the development of beginner soccer skills. It's perfect for building friendships and introducing children to the concept of team sports. Children in kindergarten-8th grade are welcome to come out regardless of athletic ability or religious affiliation. For more information, go to the Southern Maryland Youth Soccer Association website.
